Based in the heart of East Anglia, I have a small garden studio and work primarily in stoneware clay. My glazes are sprayed, dipped or brushed, and sometimes applied to raw clay, removing the need for bisque-firing, before firing to glaze temperatures in an electric kiln. I have also created a range of smoke fired pieces and am currently renovating an old gas kiln ready for some fiery experimentation.
